My Meal Preparation (Video) for Live #BelowTheLine 2013

On Sunday, I decided to go ahead and prepare my meals for the start of the Live Below The Line Challenge, which is today, April 29 - May 3, 2013! I decided to have the following menu:

Breakfast - Oatmeal with raisins
Lunch & Dinner - Lentils with onion
Dessert - Rice pudding with raisins
Drink - Water, Water, Water

Today, my day began pretty early so I am glad I took the advice of so many participants who have done this before me and prepared my meals on Sunday. I have shared my meal preparation video below if you would like to know how I prepared my lentils and rice pudding.
