Video: How To Make Cranberry Sauce #Cooking #Vlog

Do you like cranberry sauce with your holiday dinner? If so, learn how to make cranberry sauce at home and get compliments from your guests. All you need is three (3) ingredients, a saucepan, and a large spoon for stirring. In the following video below, I share the how-to steps. You can make it fast and refrigerate it just in time for dinner or have it warm. Enjoy and Happy Holidays!

Ingredients you will need:
12oz. bag of fresh Cranberries
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of sugar (use your favorite)

Instructions:
1. Add washed cranberries to a saucepan over high heat to start.

2. Then stir in the orange juice and sugar.

3. Let the mixture come to a boil and the cranberries will start to pop like popcorn. Keep stirring the sauce off and on. Do not leave it unattended.

4. Reduce your heat to medium-high or simmer and let cook down. I let my sauce cook down until it becomes a nice thick jelly consistency (see video). However, you can remove it from the stove earlier.

5. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate or serve warm. This part is up to you.

Serves 6-8.

Enjoy and Happy Holidays!

Cold Vegetable Pasta Salad with Dairy-Free Dressing #CookingVlog

I enjoy experimenting in my tiny kitchen. This week, I had a taste for a cold pasta salad and I happened to have some Daiya Dairy-Free Blue Cheeze Dressing. The video below will show you how I made my pasta salad with yellow sweet potatoes and other veggies. Then you can make it in your own kitchen too. Happy Cooking!

Eggplant Tofu | Cooking Vlog | #VeganRecipe

Eggplant. It is an interesting looking deep purple vegetable that I have tried at Panda Express, a while ago, with their side of Eggplant Tofu. Now, that I have transitioned from a vegetarian to vegan, I decided to make it from home. This would ensure that no meat by-products or ingredients were added to the sauce. So, I gathered all of my ingredients and captured my entire process in this Cooking Vlog below!

By the way, all of the vegetables used in this recipe, other than the Tofu, were from Farm Fresh to You. I get all of my fruits and vegetables delivered from the local farms, here in California. If you're in the area, you can get $10 off your first box, using coupon code: SELE8487

Let me know in the comments below if you cook any family meals with eggplant. If so, share one of your favorite recipes! I'm always looking for new and exciting recipes to try and now modify into a vegan meal.

Now, it's time to see some in-the-kitchen action!
