My Product review

Selena Thinking Out Loud With Purpose had the opportunity to test the Australian Gold Lotion Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30. Sunscreen is very important to me because I have realized that I can actually burn too. It doesn't matter that my skin is brown. The sun does not discriminate, so I am a sunscreen fan. If I happen to forget my sunscreen, I feel SO bad because I know that my forehead will get sunburned the most because it is left uncovered. It feels leathery in a way and as I do my daily facial scrub I see that it removes that extra dried skin from the sunburn.

So...with that experience, I use sunscreen! The first thing I noticed, when opening the cap of the Australian Gold Lotion Sunscreen, was the pleasant, fruity, flowery, scent. It is very welcoming. That was definitely the best part besides the protection it provided for me. 

It easily comes out of the tube when you squeeze the container and it is rich like a lotion. It is white, but it glides on like a lotion. I could see how it was immediately moisturizing my skin without being sticky, oily, or leaving a white, heavy residue. I'm not a fan of heavy, sticky, white, sunscreens. 

I noticed on the back of the sunscreen container that it should be applied liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. It should be reapplied after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and towel-drying. Most importantly, more should be added at least every 2 hours. So the directions, for use, are available right on the product. It is priced nicely and I would definitely recommend this product to you, my readers, and anyone looking for a good sunscreen lotion. Grade: A

BzzAgent Unboxing and #ProductReview for Silk Cashew Milk @LoveMySilk

Selena Thinking Out Loud With Purpose had the opportunity to join a new BzzAgent campaign to experience one free half gallon of SILK Cashew Milk! I love my Silk Soy Milk, but now I tried their cashew milk. I enjoy cashews as a nice snack during the day, but as milk, well, I don't know. So, in this YouTube video below, I share my personal review of this product. 



My Product Review
I like that this SILK Cashew Milk is not too sweet, even though it is their original with 7 grams of sugar. I like that the Cashew milk is suttle-to-taste and it is indeed creamy. I would definitely buy this milk again because it is just as nice as Silk Soy milk, which I do buy regularly. I can enjoy this milk easily by glass or with my favorite cereal. I am always open to trying new products and this one was one that I enjoyed trying for free as a BzzAgent. It is also nicely priced in my local Ralphs supermarket at about $3.99, so that's reasonably priced to me. I even used it one morning to prepare pancakes and they came out fluffy with a nice sweetness to them. I recommend that you give it a try as well and tell me what you think!

BzzAgent Unboxing and #Review of @Kroger Co. Family of Brands!

Selena Thinking Out Loud With Purpose had the opportunity to try some new products in the Kroger company family of brands. In the following video, I share a new BzzAgent unboxing and then a review of what I experienced with some of the products below.




My Personal Review of Products

During my grocery shopping trips, I look for offerings from at least 7 of these brands at my local Ralphs, a sister store of Kroger. Eating healthy can be simple and convenient. Also satisfying that occasional sweet tooth is just as good too with these brands. Check them out!

The Psst! brand is indeed one of my favorites in the Kroger family brand of products. First off, this brand's prices are affordable for any size family. I had the opportunity to try some of their brownie mix. It was a simple, quick, dessert to make. The brownies were chewy and perfect with a scoop of ice cream. The packaging is very clean and attractive. I was shopping in my local Ralphs, a sister store of Krogers, and I noticed they had paper towels and toilet paper too, in large packs, so I purchased one of each. Now I'm seeing Psst! brand items everywhere I turn. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because the toilet paper is a bit rough. However, I have continued to purchase the brownie mix and I'm open to trying other products they offer in the future.

Selena Thinking Out Loud With Purpose had the opportunity to test the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel in a recent Influenster campaign. Since I was actually looking for a permanent moisturizer to complete my morning skin cleaning routine, I was open to giving it a try. 

In the video review and demo below, I shared my own personal experience using Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel after 7 days and counting. 



Now After 14 Days and Counting...
Since the video review and demo above, I am still using Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel. I have decided to make it my permanent moisturizer since I didn't have one that I really liked. It continues to work nicely on my days with and without makeup. There are no blemishes or unwanted changes to my skin. I do make sure to apply enough on my face and neck to cover my dry areas that I also mention in the video above. The product holds up all day and well into the night. I have been using it daily now, so I have gotten used to it as apart of my daily, morning, routine. I'm happy with it! My face looks fresh, alive, supple, and continues to have a natural glow even after a hectic, busy, day, rushing around town in traffic. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a new moisturizer. Give it a try. It may be just right for you also.
