#InTheKitchen Making #Vegetarian Chorizo Empanadas

I decided to get in the kitchen and make some Vegetarian Chorizo Empanadas. I have eaten empanadas before as a dessert and have seen a lot of different ways people prepare them. This Sunday, I wanted to create my own recipe with a vegetarian twist, using soy chorizo and Pillsbury dough.

In this video, I walk you through my process for preparing my Vegetarian Chorizo Empanadas. This is actually my first time so I'm trying something new. I like to be in the kitchen as well. When I was a little girl, I really enjoyed baking so I'm no stranger to the kitchen. I definitely know how to cook! It was required when I was a kid.

I have also been working on writing a number of short film scripts and thought that I would prepare my dinner earlier and have time to sit down and work on getting  my words formatted into my screenwriting software. I like to use Celtx because everything is included in the process of getting your idea down on paper and then flushed out to go into production and then post-production. More on that topic a little later, but I hope you enjoy my Sunday video and you can share it or subscribe to my YouTube channel here:

Do you have a favorite empanada or chorizo recipe? Share it with me in the comments. I would love to try it with my soy chorizo.
