I felt that it was very important for me to share this amazing cause for Kellogg's Share Breakfast program! I believe we often forget how important breakfast is to the start of our day and especially in the lives of so many children who are sent off to their classrooms each morning. I remember when I was a little girl and breakfast was either provided to children who could pay, for reduced pay children, or those parents who could show that they had a serious need, free breakfast. I can only imagine now how the school systems are providing for children and also how many children just don't bother to tell anyone how hungry they feel because of embarrassment.
I am happy to say that I stand with Kellogg's by sharing this amazing initiative to help their goal of reaching children in need by sharing 1 Million Breakfasts. With the power of social media, we can all join in and participate to help a child have a good breakfast to begin their school day.
