Overall, I have enjoyed using e.l.f makeup and their other products. I can find them easily in my local Target stores. They are priced reasonably and have a nice quality that never irritates my skin and provides the looks that I desire. I have recently tried their lip exfoliator, which moisturized and nourished my lips, getting them ready for the matte lipsticks that I purchased. I believe that e.l.f is perfect for the young teen, young adult, or anyone who wants to get started with makeup application but don't want to spend too much too soon while their learning.
