#GoalSetting Resources for Achieving Massive Success in #2016

Here is one of my recommended resources for goal setting to achieve massive success in 2016.

How I Felt About Goal Setting and My Feelings Now

For the past two years, I have committed time and effort to completing my Life + Biz Workbooks by Leonie Dawson. These workbooks have not only made goal setting SO much more manageable, easier, and less of a chore each year, but also fun. I used to hate the process of writing down goals on a sheet of paper and seriously had no real clue on how this process worked to achieve massive results in my daily life.

In 2014, I purchased my first Life + Biz workbook, after receiving an email from a friend. I decided to give Leonie's workbooks a try and to my surprise, I saw major productivity and results, manifest in my life throughout that year. So I purchased her 2015 Life + Biz workbook and committed to filling out all of the pages again. This led to me understanding even more about myself this year, my real goals, and what I needed to truly focus on in my Life + Biz for this coming 2016.

Why I Recommend This Resource for You
As a product reviewer, I feel that it is very important to provide my readers truthful information and details about any product or service. I have personally purchased this book for the last two years and have already received my 2016 shipment to get started. I am super excited to get started again.

There are currently, over 200,000 women already using these workbooks each year. There is also a very supportive Facebook group that you can join once you have purchased the books. Everyone in the Facebook community shares how they are using the workbooks to achieve their goals and make strides in their life purpose.

This year, Leonie has added to her goal setting resources. Not only is she offering the 2016 Create Your Shining Year in Life Workbook and the 2016 Create Your Shining Year in Biz Workbook separately, but a 2016 Create Your Shining Year Diary Planner. I was lucky enough to purchase her Life + Biz Collection and that came with a huge monthly wall planner and a pack of To-do cards, so that you can break down your goals into daily action steps. You can also keep track of how much water you're drinking in a day, what you're grateful for, reminders to exercise, eat veggies, and set aside some time to rest and relax from the internet. These are sold out in hardcopy, but with any order, you will receive a digital ebook version that you can write on from your IPad, tablet or computer and even print them out.

Overall, what makes these workbooks, daily planner, and wall planner, so attractive and exciting to use, is the artwork that Leonie puts into each page. You can see all of the love and dedication she uses to make sure that her users really understand how to breakdown their goals, how to achieve them, and how to surpass them by the end of the year.

You can purchase Leonie Dawson's full 2016 Create Your Shining Year Collection, like I did. Or, you can purchase the 2016 Create Your Shining Year Life Workbook or the 2016 Create Your Shining Year Biz Workbook separately. It all depends on your focus for 2016. FYI, when I purchased my workbooks, I had to call my bank to let them know that I was making this purpose, since Leonie lives in Australia. After I did that, my purchase went through just fine. This is just a heads up for those of you who would like to purchase her resources and you're in the U.S. They came pretty quickly, in about 2 weeks. They were individually sealed, as you will see in my video unboxing below.

Boots #BotanicsOrganic Hydrating Day Cream #ProductReview and Demo

Selena Thinking Out Loud had the opportunity to test the Boots Botanics Organic Hydrating Day Cream in the Influenster Spice Voxbox.

Although I have a regular moisturizer that I use, (I shared that with you in a previous blog post) I wanted to see how this one would hold up on my 'no makeup' days. I have tried Boots Botanics Ionic Clay Mask before and that was fantastic. I still use that product.

In my YouTube video below, I share with you my detailed product review and a demonstration of how to use this product. This cream is 81% organic, with rosehip, combined with Jojoba oil and cocoa butter, to help soften and nourish your face. The scent is not over-powering at all. It has a pretty neutral scent to me. Watch the video below to learn more.

Boots Botanics Organic Hydrating Day Cream is available at Amazon and your other local stores.

#SinfulColors SinfulShine #NailPolish Tutorial and Review #OverTheTop

Selena Thinking Out Loud had the opportunity to test a SinfulColors SinfulShine Nail Polish and Top Coat in the Influenster Spice Voxbox. I have tried many brands of nail polish and have heard about the gel nail craze going around, so I was interested in giving this two-step nail polish brand a try.

My Tutorial and Review
First, I started with their SinfulColors SinfulShine Nail Color. I tested #1618 Come Hither, which you want to apply TWO coats of this, but wait at least 3-4 minutes in between coats. This nail polish is quick-drying and will glide on smooth. I did not experience any streaking so it is great for filling in missed areas on your nails. After the second coat, I let my nails dry again for 3-4 minutes and then it was time for the Top Coat. The SinfulColors SinfulShine Top Coat #1600 is not like a nail polish. It is more thinner like a liquid sealant or protectant, which created the extra glassy, gel, finish. On the back of the bottle it says to add two coats, but you can do this at your discretion. For the sake of the tutorial below, I followed the instructions on the bottle for each step of the process.

After a couple of hours, I noticed that the shine was still there. My nails look like they were done at a nail salon and I got gel nails. I am very happy with these results.

I would rather do this two step process at home, trying many more of their other nail colors, throughout the year, then sitting in a nail salon. This product works well for a busy woman-lifestyle my mine. Plus, the product dries pretty quickly compared to other competitor's nail polishes I have tried. I would recommend that you give the SinfulColors SinfulShine 2-Step Nail Colors a try.
