My #FrostyVoxBox Product Reviews

Selena Thinking Out Loud With Purpose had the opportunity to test some new products in the Influenster #FrostyVoxbox. Here's the good, the bad, and the ugly of my experiences with each product in the line up.

First, let's begin with...

No7 Protect & Perfect ADVANCED Sachet
I received a tester amount of this product. It has no fragrant smell but smooths on the face evenly and it's not oily. My face felt silky and smooth after application. The instructions say that the user should clean the face first, then apply this product, and finally follow up with an No7 moisturizer. It is a very nice product and I would use this again in the future, but I would have to use it for the entire 2 weeks to see if it provided any changes to my face as far as wrinkles are concerned.

NYC Expert Last Lip Color in Sugar Plum (#418)
I tested '#418 Sugar Plum' and it is fantastic! It's not too nude in color but not at all too shimmery for every day use. I really like this lip color! Oh my! I use it with a bit of lip gloss as my base, but that's not necessary. I already enjoy using NYC lip colors and products, in general, but this one was new for me and I would recommend giving it a go!

Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane Decaf Green Tea
I'm a Green Tea drinker anyway, but this Candy Cane Lane holiday tea was pleasant to the taste. I couldn't see myself drinking all the time, but it's perfect for the holiday season or even winter months by a fireplace :) As soon as I opened up the package, I could smell the strong vibrant smell of the candy cane. It also stayed pretty vibrant after adding the boiling water. I added a bit of brown sugar for taste, but it had a natural candy cane taste throughout.

EcoTools Hair Brush
This is a volumizer hair brush for medium-long hair. After testing this item, I seem to only use it to brush my hair into place as needed. I believe it was too large of a brush for the length of my hair. However, the brush is made of great quality and I would look into getting another size brush or see similar products in the EcoTools line.

ScandalEyes waterproof eyeliner
The 'Black' color that I tested glided on super easy, BUT taking if off was a serious task. I know that it's waterproof, but it was a task even when using the Rimmel waterproof eye makeup remover that I tested with it.

Rimmel London Eye Makeup
It was okay, but didn't do such a great job when I tested it with the Rimmel London Scandaleyes waterproof mascara. I resorted back to my Aloe Towelettes.

Fruit Vines Bites
They reminded me of a liquorice candy when I tested them. They are something fun to snack on when lounging around.

McCormick Thyme
This is McCormick Thyme...it's SO good with homemade soup. I made a small pot of soup and it brought out the flavors in the vegetable broth just great! I have never used thyme before testing it, but it will be among my spices from now on. Nice product!

So, there you have it!
