When I came to Los Angeles, CA, I certified as a bartender. Although I am not a huge drinker, I found it interesting to know about wines, beers, and mixed drinks. It was also pretty Awesome to make drinks for people and have them enjoy it. It's a huge industry to explore and learn about.
